Overview

This kit is broken into three phases that will walk you through how to confidently find the best fits for your team. Our goal with these phases is to find clarity and simplify the hiring process.

  1. Phase 1: Map It, Keep It, Delegate It: In this phase you’ll be focusing on overall business function and team clarity. Your objective here is to be clear on what YOU want to be responsible for in the business and what you want other people to do.
  2. Phase 2: The Job Description: In this phase we’ll get into breaking down the science and art of job descriptions with a little AI help.
  3. Phase 3: Hiring & Interviewing: In this phase, I’ll guide you through what exactly you’re looking for throughout the interview process (and I’ll share our exact questions we use to find great US-Based Virtual Assistants)!
